Lost in Translation Lipstick

Hi!

Does anybody know what kind of lipstick Scarlet Johanson is wearing in Lost in Translation? I think it's such a gorgeously unique colour but I haven't been able to find out what shade/brand it is. The closest one I've found was an Origins lipstick in the shade of What-A-Melon, but it's not quite close enough.

oh my god, i've ALWAYS wanted to find this out!
you know the scene where she puts her lipstick on, well the tube seems to be a white or grey or silver (i used to wonder if it was stila..) colour.
but the make up for the film was done my morag ross = max factor (there were "chief make up artist on Lost In Translation" max factor ads on when the film came out), but I don't know if she would be obliged to use Max Factor throughout.
sorry im not a huge help, but i have googled for this answer so many times, so it would be great to find out if anyone knows the shade...

I wondered not about the lipstick but the colour of the tube of Nars Lipgloss on the first images, when she is in the hotel room lying in the bed...
