aww, people find season 3 boring? it’s hard to give a definitive ranking without watching them back to back but I’m really enjoying it (minus the very first opening scene, which I rolled my eyes so hard at when buddy started praying, and says, “I said don't let anything happen to my mother, mοthеrfսckеr!”)
I know this is a controversial opinion but I could not stand Jennifer Coolidge and I’m glad her character died a Looney Tunes death. She was like the Jar Jar Binks of the show.
I will say I’m cautious of the pacing - I don’t mind it but it’s the pacing of a 10-12 episode show and yet there are only 8 episodes. Simultaneously, it doesn’t feel like all the characters are being focused on or developed equally.
It’s fun though. Plus, there’s something about Chelsea’s character, despite sharing overlap with Spongebob (big eyes, the teeth, overly positive mindset) that resonates with me. Maybe it’s the sadness in her eyes and her persistence that makes me feel like she could fix me.
