Is the way she types how she actually speaks?
She is always using incorrect English and I thought she was fluent in it. She says things like, 'me shoes' instead of 'my shoes'.

^ Yeah I do. Sometimes I don't understand anything she's trying to say and her writing is almost Rosie O'Donnell-like, but I imagine she just doesn't take the Internet too seriously.

That doesn't surprise me,her myspace page was the same,she had ramblings and her lists (of favourite books/films) were always filled with typos.It feels like despite her will to impress culture-wise she doesn't know how to spell/express herself correctly.

Yes, of course she does! I think when she say "me shoes", she's just being funny and colloquial. Some English speaking people sound-like (or even actually say) "me" shoes.

I don't think it's a big deal! It's twitter, not academic prose.
If she was tweeting or writing like Courtney Love, then I would have a problem with it.
