Ah ah !! you made me laugh.

I like the old hollywood serious and classy atmosphere. I could have been great with bne oscar at his feet.

I'm rarely disapointed with Vogue Uomo covers.

eds with male models are back... (I hope)

There're 2 eds with male models! And another cover, with Bono (it's vintage) by Anton Corbijn. The rest is celebs. Great start for Emanuele Farneti :flower:

The two edits with models are giving me a very forgettable, generic GQ vibe...

On the bright side, there's a gorgeous edit with Sasha Lane. And Damien's is fine-- just too bad the layout weakens the overall feature edit.

Weakest issue yet.

the Jack Pierson ed looks like those posters for those awful comedy movies that star Seth Rogen/Jason Bateman/etc. They (the actors) stare straight at the camera with a HUH?! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS WACKY THING IS HAPPENING TO ME! look on their face with that gradient background.

Calm down people. It's his very first issue. Maybe his first Vogue Italia will be like this. But remember, this is the first after Franca. He will grow up by time.

I get the Kaia hype because she's undoubtedly beautiful but I fail to see anything special in Presley. He's a very generic looking white boy.

This looks bad and cheap.

Yeah— his first issue and he's already cheapening it LOL

zzzyao’s posts of Sasha’s and Damian’s edits make them actually lool like great full page spreads. They're not; the actual layout diminishes the strong shots.

As if that brand of editorial that t-rex describes isn’t horrendous and overdone enough in other lesser men’s mags… He’s already starting to watering it down with the inclusion of accessories features— of bags, sunglasses, watches, etc that’s all too common in dime-a-dozen men’s magazines that this publication never lowered itself to before.

Not good. L’UOMO readers aren’t GQ readers.

What’s next? Smirking, finger-pointing celebrity on a stool with brightly-color seamless?

I agree, this makes me incredibly worried for Vogue - especially when there is no Meisel to save it!
