LV handbag France vs. U.S. price difference

I'm not sure if this belongs here, but heres my question:

Does anyone know What's the price difference with LV between France and U.S.?

I heard the retail in France is about 25% lesser than U.S., does anyone know if this is true?

Go to Vuitton.com and click France. Go to the E-shopping section and you'll see the prices (these include 12% VAT I believe.)

VAT = Value added Tax, in France it's actually 19,6%, but you can only get 12-13% back
