yea, but compared to her last season in milan, this one is kind of lackluster

O.K. what the hell is wrong with these casting directors? Her current career path is the worst proof of tokenism I've seen in a long time. Hot as fire for one season and then nothing the next...I understand when the girl is bland, just building a good showlist off hype - but Lyndsey strikes me as an elegant girl with a good-head on her shoulders and a nice personality so she deserves everything and more that she got last season .

^ The same thing happened to Kinee, Georgie B. & even Aminata. Milan Fashion Week overall is lacking black models. I mean London was pretty bad, but this is just ridiculous! You just have to take it with a grain of salt I suppose.

yes even Sessilee only had 1 good show (Armani)...have not seen her anywhere else... it is ridiculous...and sad......well lets see what Paris will bring...

I know! The sad thing is a lot of them do many big shows, but they hardly ever get any editorials or campaigns. Even the biggest of the newer black girls have a hard time landing campaigns.

the difference between models of color and caucasian models rests in the fact that, for the most part, even mocs who make big splashes aren't given the chance to grow and develop! case in point: lyndsey. a calvin klein exclusive one season; walks a number of blue chip shows (prada) and then this crap. yeah, models run their course in this business, but without eds and ads (even while making a big splash) models of color aren't given the platforms to develop like caucasian models, but even more established models of color aren't given eds and ads either, which makes it harder for new comers. it's a catch 22 and it really sucks... just goes to show me that a lot of people in this industry are full of and frankly i'm tired of it!

^^^ditto. very well said. which is the reason why models like jourdan dunn and even chanel iman haven't even reached the status of models that came out during their seasons. they have some edits and covers but overall have not reached the status of their caucasian counterparts.

Jesus, she goes from walking Fendi, Gucci, and Prada to THIS! Same with R'el. I pray this isn't what awaits Joan Smalls next season! Hope things get better in Paris.

Well Lyndsey already booked some impressive editorial work like two W eds with Craig McDean & Mario Sorrenti...hopefully there will be photographers and editors invested in her but I'm not too hopeful.

This is such a fickle business She did so well last season that I really expected her to explode everywhere, but Milan spoils itself yet again.

I really wish that Lyndsey would relax her neck when she walks, it seems like she is straining it, and it seems like someone told her to be strong and she tries to hard, she should just relax and walk and she would be beautiful

Also, Lyndsey may want to think of switching to another agency, like Ubah so that someone else can elevate her career, because things seem to be dying down for her now... Not too sure about Click making things happen for her

I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one as well. Her strong neck lines is what have her booked as much as she has been before. It has something with her walk and it has clearly proven positive for her.

I just think that she might be a Spring Summer season girl like Chanel Iman. Let's hope for a better Paris season!

^probably.... but I think that it is not a problem only with your agency
but a problem with all black models in general (lindsey, aminata,gracie, sessile, arelnis, chanel is doing it very poorly too.......) this ridiculous season(milan and londonangry:
