I think that gown is actually a bit costume-y, but she wears it well. I like the vintagey elements to it. It feels like a throwback to both the Victorian era and the 1950s.

With the season finale of her hit show "Revenge" having just aired last night, Madeleine Stowe garnered a little added spotlight by covering of the June 2012 issue of More

The 32-year-old actress looked elegant in a Emanuel Ungaro silk jumpsuit for the Peggy Sirota shot front page while opening up about topics such as being drawn to powerful men and thoughts on life as a 50-year-old.

On her incomplete relationship with her father giving her the desire to bond with the opposite sex:
"I found myself gravitating toward very powerful men. I have a real ease around with them, because the need to connect to the has always been great."

On being the "worst person" to approach for marriage tips:
"I've never known a perfect marriage. We've definitely had peaks and valleys. I hate saying that marriage is work, because I don't think of it that way, but sometimes you find yourselves on different paths. Then you converge again. I think our convergences are longer in duration than our separate paths."

On doing service work in Haiti:
"While I'm there, I experience the joy of the people who are living. When I come home, I weep. It's a little like PTSD. But within a week, I'm dying to get back there."

On her thoughts on her 50s:
"You really want to put the burn on, to do as many things in life as possible, go where you haven't been, experience what you haven't experienced, leave a body of work that's significant to you. I feel very good about this period of time."

Now that this season of the ABC hit drama is finished, it looks like the brunette beauty has a new Hollywood gig to keep her busy. In a recent interview with Monsters and Critics, the 53-year-old actress dished about her new film and former project, "Unbound Captives."

The new romantic film, which Stowe will direct is about a widowed woman who enlists the help of a frontiersman to find her two children who were taken by a tribe of Indians.

Along the way, their relationship blossoms into a beautiful romance. Right now, Madeleine has confirmed that both Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz, are both set to star in the film, but other details are still being worked on.

After deciding not to star as the lead in the film and instead take a behind the scenes approach, everything has been falling into place and it looks like the brunette beauty couldn't be happier saying, “I’m on fire with this idea of what I want this film to be and bringing together these incredibly gifted people and having a dynamic conversation.”
