I came across this Armenian-American (well, I guess third-Generation American) designer while researching banks in Armenia.

I have to be a little discrete about the reseach; it has to do with PATRIOT Act Compliance. I'm afraid it won't take me to Armenia.

I can't believe Turkey closed the border with Armenia because of Armenia's demand for recognition of the genocide.

The photos in the Armeniaweek magazine aritlce are so small I didn't post them at first.

That's something i really appreciate about designers and i don't think enough do it. I hate seeing the same design just in slightly different shape repeated on runway or elsewhere. I like to see totally different pieces even if they are all from the same theme.
