Make-up with strawberry blond hair (a la Jessica Alba)

My sister just dyed her hair strawberry blond (the same hair color as Jessica Alba) and she doesn't know what kind of make up will suit her now (she used to have dark hair). Please help!!!!!

I'd say go for warm shimmery tones like a pale shimmery bronze. For eyeshadow. Choose a dark brown mascara and dark brown liner.

For lips, a bit of RED tinted not too shiny gloss would complement it all.
