Makeup wipes

MAC's wipes are great - but I don't recommend using them on a daily basis as rubbing your skin with the wipes might be a little too harsh. They're fabulous for flights though.

You can try Bioderma's Sensibio / Crealine H20 make-up remover which is very gentle and wipes makeup off like a dream. :)

I just go for Simple make up wipes. They're gentle enough for everday use.

i do not recommend ponds wipes (all versions) or neutrogenas wipes. its like they are not wet enough and i have to wipe too hard. and oddly, some packages are wetter than others. maybe theres an expiration date on them somewhere.

i highly recommend almay non-oily makeup remover pads. the ones that say "moisturising" are so oily that my eyes were blurry all day after using them, even though i was careful to not get any in my eye. the non oily ones take even the toughest mascara off without using that much pressure. i also buy "andrea q" makeup wipes. they are the same exact thing as the almay ones, but cheaper. they come a bigger container as well, i believe there are 80 in there and i havent found almay ones bigger than 35.

Some baby wipes are really nice. :)

But the very few times i use any kind of wipes, i splash my face with water afterwards because i don´t like to think that my face has some of the wetness and products after i cleanse my face with them.

I do the same thing
first I take off foundation/blush with baby wipes and than I use my regular cleanser with water.
it's more like I prepare my skin for cleansing with these wipes :)

make up wipes are great to take off make up like foundation/blush
but I think they're not enough for proper cleansing if you wear make-up, at least for me
my cleansing routine has to include water :)

For anyone in Canada, Life brand wipes from Shoppers Drug Mart are great. They're very gentle and remove eye and face makeup well without that feeling of a residue on your skin.

i just got Neutrogena Makeup Remover wipes. they are just okay, my big thing is the scent because im so picky fragrances and theirs remind some of bug spray! ew yeah but i always still wash my face after using the wipes. it does remove waterproof mascara but not throughly its not oily enough to really get all of it off and i dont want to scrub my eyes and cause wrinkles etc either i dont wear much makeup or they are not that effective but seriously i only see a little bit of skin makeup on the removers. or maybe most of my makeup worn off by the end of the day.

based on looking in the mirror it seems to take off skin makeup nicely. it doesnt irritate my skin so far etc i wont repurchase because of the scent.

what do MAC wipes smell like? Vanilla? lol thats better than bug spray!

Boots No. 7 - I don't know the exact name, but I think it's 4 in 1 or something like that. They are the best.

I use Nivea Visage Wipes for Dry/Sensitive Skin. They are really good.

I use Olay Daily Facials - the dry ones (that you wet yourself & they lather up) when I have my shower or bath & the wet ones to take off make-up before I go to bed. I'm happy with them & they are reasonably cheap
