Mandy Moore caught up with Wilmer Valderrama to celebrate at Mansion in Miami. Though the evening did include a wedding proposal, the pair aren't the ones getting hitched - one of Valderrama's close friends popped the question to his girlfriend just before the clock struck twelve. Valderrama's party was one of the night's hottest tickets, luring Lindsay Lohan, Taye Diggs and Jamie-Lynn Sigler away from other South Beach parties.

We are shocked to see pics of a very happy looking Mandy Moore and DJ AM hanging out in West Hollywood. Apparently, the two have been spending a lot of time together since the new year. We heard rumblings of a reuniting with Wilmer which we thought was bad enough, but it looks like she may have been getting cozy with Wilmer's co-host, DJ AM. While we thought Adam (yes, he has a real name) was a great fit for Nicole, we do not think he goes well with Mandy. In fact, there were rumors he was looking for a new celeb girlfriend to help boost his career. If this guy is using Mandy in any way, shape, or form we will be all over him.

Mandy Moore and Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein were spotted out once again, leaving a restaurant together in Beverly Hills, Calif. Mandy, 22, and DJ AM, 33, gave each other hugs before loading up into their respective Toyota Prius Hybrids. Yes, both are environmentalists apparently!
