Mandy Moore hobbles through Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood Monday while out shopping. The singer has been wearing a cast since she fractured her ankle at a magazine photo shoot at the end of February.

^something is off with the proportions. i think her jeans are too baggy/wide leg for such a flowy top under a small fit vest. however, SHE is gorgeous as always...
