I have that pair! woohoo! they fit fine! the back cup holds the back of your foot in without slipping out and the toe strap holds the toes in. Very comfy for cute heels.

....if you get the right size.

i got mine at NM, there isn't much demand for MBs here on the island... you could try and have them sent over to you perhaps

Those SJP shoes (the silver d'orsay style with the rhinestone) have a little elastic in the back foot cup that holds your heel in beautifully... It's all the pressure on the balls of my feet that kill me (even with those little foot paddie things)...

you can get those heel cusion things.. they go on the inside of the counter of the shoe... though they're so you dont get blisters, they make the back of the shoe fit a little more snug.
