Okay roccapuccia ..so here is a photo of the actual article in Bazaar. The heel is Manolo Blahnik for Carolina Herrera (on right). Does anyone know of this heel being available and if so what is the style name and where????

god i love those manolo's for carolina herrera! they literally stopped me in my tracks when i saw the harper's bazaar spread with donna karan wearing them. someone please help identify/track down those....i've never seen them anywhere.

^ I was able to find the Carolina Herrera Fall 07 runway shots (style.com and carolinaherrera.com), this amazing style came from that show... shown in burgundy as well as black patent. Now...it is just a matter of locating them
