Has anyone been able to determine whether Cameron Diaz's shoes are Manolos?

I absolutely ADORE those shoes ... bad bad bad.

Jimmy choo has one, Christian Louboutin has one- Even brian Atwood has one

but not manolo-

That makes sense, but it's such a pity. Manolo doesn't seem to advertise much. I've recently spotted a couple of adverts in UK Vogue - drawings of shoes as opposed to photographs - which I love.
