MARC by Marc Jacobs bags (November 2005 - November 2010)

About the prices, I bough my MbMj bag here in Sweden (EU) for about 570$ while it only cost 399$ in the US..

i love the delancy, that huge one above! i think its' more sophisticated than the quilted quinne...

^yes...it does look nicer than quinn. but it's too huge. i would get the delancy if it's smaller

yea..i thought abou the Dr. Q one, but there were 3 reasons why i didnt want it, a)a bit too small for what im looking for, b)the handle is too short, c) the long strap is too long! >.<

and the quinn turned out to be a dissapointment. the area just under the turnlock folds up and covers the turnlock when i wear it around my shoulder. it was rather unflattering. the cover at the top is kinda long

i end up buying this Aline bag instead. it's big enough and it has more pockets and strangly..the straps felt better than the quinn bag's straps.
this bag is great growing on me more and more. hopefully this will be an investment and can use it for at least several years

Yes, although in all honesty, I haven't worn it w/ fall jackets yet! But w/ cardigan or thin jacket, so far so good (it is a snug fit).

Congrats! I haven't regretted my purchase for one second. And it does hold a lot (wallet, sunglasses, hat, bottle of water, magazine, candy, various beauty items - what else does a girl need). And the leather is so beautiful!

I'm really considering getting it too. My only concern is the bag totally loses it shape when you use the longer shoulder straps!

Either that or maybe I should wait and see what Marc comes out with for his SS08 bags!

I am wondering why the bag that shopbop.com calls the "Toatally Turnlock Shopper" is called the "Quinn" ont the MJ website. Why do they change the name?
