Im actually starting to like Marc in the ad,
because it seems to be part of the charm of the campaign

Its not like Olivier's obnoxious Balmain ads.

LOL @Marc insisting it was Meisel’s idea to include him. Like he hadn’t already prepped himself physically to be included in the campaign.

Every shot is admittedly very pretty— but Meisel can do pretty half-asleep. And very nostalgic in its early-90s Bazaar-aesthetic. I’ve never cared for Marc but his presence isn’t jarring like the stunningly un-photogenic Jason Wu. And it’s not so much that he’s so creepily retouched to the point of looking unrecognizable here— it’s that creepy, Colour Me Bad, overly-manicured beard and eyebrows that so many men go for that has them looking like a drag king performer that confirms why I’ve never found him attractive in any manner.

(And men, stop over-trimming your brows and beard like those Youtube [supposed] beauty gurus tell you to do-- to the point of looking like your facial-hair is drawn on.)

I don't like the idea of designers being in their own ad campaigns but Christy and Marc clearly have such a special relationship that I'll let it slide just this once she is just absolutely radiant in every shot

Oh, this is stunningly gorgeous. Some of the shots are reminiscent of Meisel and Linda’s whimsical Barney’s campaigns from the early 90s. Greatness!
