Agree on everything with you.^^Hmm, I don't entirely agree with that comparison. I think Margaret Howell is much more refined and less trend-oriented than Boy by Band of Outsiders. Though I guess they both do appeal to a similar customer.
I really love this collection. I'd gladly wear all of this. I love how every piece looks like it could be worn as a basic or a statement piece, depending on how you style the whole look.

Yeah, I think I get what you're saying. Everything about Maragret Howell is so entirely British without actually using any references or trying to look British, it just is. But I think Boy by BofO tries a bit more in that department. I just had a look at their website actually and they post a lot of vintage pictures and 'typical American' stuff so it seems more like they're trying to re-create that American look.Anyhow, BofO and Margaret Howell both make classic pieces but yet there is something about them that is very grounded in America and Britain respectively. That was the main comparison I was making. Perhaps America, in general, is more trend-oriented?
