Margaret Howell Fall 05 London

well...i know she just signed a distribution deal with a japanese company...so it seems that they are expanding...and i suggested to them that they open a store in manhattan(i think downtown in soho)...but who knows if they'll listen to me...LOL...

it's a wee bit boring. i reckon you'd get fed up with it. The whole look thing is lovely, but some of the individual pieces are sometimes not that special and can be very expensive. :flower: :innocent:

bump...i am looking forward to seeing this in real life

i like this....
a bit old-fashioned, but nice....

i do agree though that some pieces on their own may be slightly boring.....
there would be something dull about it, if it wasnt mixed up a little bit...
some of these outfits just look 'dead'....
:ninja:

but together it creates quite a nice look...
very british....i like that....
:flower:

a bit boring? I think it's really boring

What an interesting view to post when someone's bumped a thread because they like it.

i challenge anyone who sees a girl walking down the street wearing any of these outfits (as opposed to chav-tastic footballers wives clothes) to call her 'boring'. i am sure you'd all think she was very stylish & thinks for herself. It very reminiscent of Burberry Prorsum i think.

Yes, the collection strongly reminds me of Burberry Prorsum... I think some of these versatile peices would work very well in ones wardrobe.

bit too mumsy for moi, it doesn't spark any flames...someone dressed in some of these looks would pass me by without a second glance, I'd probably mistake her for a Marks & Spencer customer :ninja:
