Marion Cotillard

Agree. But in my opinion, I think she nails it with other designers, than with Dior

absolutely agrees! I usually dislike her Dior choices, but in other designers she looks stunning! this Erdem is one of those cases.

Short hair is so her thing.
She is one of those people that short hair suits better than longer hair.
Well, no matter what she looks stunning (always).

Love her face and general aura! So many of her looks would love awful on others but looks stunning on her. I finally saw Rust and Bone and can't believe it didn't garner her another Oscar!

And I never really saw her as someone who could do Erdem but she loves lovely

Marion Cotillard has officially replaced Natalie Portman in the upcoming cinematic adaptation of the famous William Shakespeare play Macbeth, THR reports.

The 37-year-old actress is set to play scheming Lady Macbeth, the same role Natalie was rumored to be playing several months back.

Michael Fassbender is still currently attached to play the title role of Macbeth. Iain Canning and Emile Sherman are still attached to produce.

Shooting is set to begin in January of 2014 in the UK.

I think Marrion is a fabulous actor in...french speaking movies.
In english ones, she is always a disappointment, so I don't think she is a great choice. I would rather see someone like Michelle Williams or Keira Knightley taking that role

I don't think Michelle or Keira have the tenacity to be Lady Macbeth and neither does Marion. I think Rachel Weisz or Cate Blanchett or even Olivia Coleman could convincingly play her. However this adaptation seems like it's focused on the battles and Macbeth, even though the character of Lady Macbeth is far more interesting, so Marion should be okay.

Great news for Marion, playing the scheming Lady Macbeth

(I need to watch a Very Long Engagement again, in which she played the plotting/vengeful Tina Lombardi. She was totally mesmerizing in this film, for which she won her first Cesar award)

I'm actually very stoked about the news. I'm excited to see what she does with the role.

The dress she wore to the premiere looks like it belongs at the VMA Awards.

^I was wondering where my bathrobe had gone. Now I can stop looking for it. Not a fan of the look.

Thanks for posting, Lolasvelte!

She is so beautiful, and sometimes she wears the most amazing outfits, but sometimes she just gets it really really wrong
