either way, the hair is not that bad nor that dress (even tho it's totally not my cup of tea), but together they make a horrible mess.

I agree, the 1st Marrakech look wasnt great. But she still has a beautiful figure and she probably felt like having curly hair for a change. She's still gorgeous, no matter what.
