Gorgeous show, probably my favourite of Milan.
Wearable pieces with the typically unusual details such as the white sheer backs of tops and jackets, and that fantastic drop-waist effect with the plain hip-length top and the heavy embellishment beginning mid-thigh.
I enjoyed those 'eighties granny's-itchy-cardigan texture coats.. it's so typical of Marni to take something typically associated with being extremely dated and turning it into something people would crave.
I'm letting them off with the 60's flower power prints because they're basically part of Marni's aesthetic.

Such a beautiful feminine collection. I was engaged in every single look that came down the runway. I loved the loose white striped/embellished dresses and the flower pailettes at the end

Wow, very clean for Marni. The styling is usually a mess (in a fun way), but it's rather impeccable here.

this is a tricky collection for me the florals look weird while the circles are quite unflattering the stripes are cool though

For once Consuelo outdoes Miuccia! I love how this collection makes no apologies about who real Marni customer is. She is no spring chicken. I love Marni but their prints are such a bore.
