I wonder why they toned the editorial down to black and white. The theme should be a blend of movement and colour,as the dance is - almost hypnotic in its captivation. What I do like is how the shots isolate the style and grace of the dance. I'm impressed with her control, with the dalliance of her arms and hands - she seems so focused - so detached as if the camera were not in the room with her. While I'm actually not a fan of the styling, and while this isn't the best I've seen of her editorially, this is still a lovely shoot. Thanks for the scans achAT

^ what is that photo of her and irina for? i wouldn't be suprised if it was for some chanel campaign, karl obviously loves irina and masha was in the chanel sport campaign. it doesn't really look like masha though.
