I have ordered from them once before and it took ages before my necklace arrived. I have sent them one email, but no respond so far

I have ordered from them before and then I cancelled my order.
It took a really looooooong time before the amount got credited back to my card, not to mention quite a few phone calls to their customer service.

I think they are legit, but they probably have really bad processes about how things are handled.

Yup I got a Yochi design necklace for this event and it took so long that I had to cancel it eventually. Even after a month it did not arrive. I wrote many irate emails of which only two were answered(one telling me that they will deal with my letter in the order that they came in cos they were too many). Eventually they returned the money that I had already paid them.
They are legit but their processes are CRAP, esp given that they sell high-end expensive stuff. I was totally disappointed witht hem.
