Oh dang, that was Julia in Russian Elle! I even put it on my scanner bed but hesitated (And didn't scan it in the end) because I thought her ads weren't coming out until February like reported...

I thinQ they picked her because she has a wonky lip. She is not 100% perfection but she still has the look to be successful with the general mainstream public , believe it.
