I imagine she likes wearing wider leg jeans mainly for comfort. I like the fact she doesn't walk around worrying how she looks (lets say for an example) going to market. If she was attending a gala, I could understand a break down of her wardrobe.

Yes, I do believe she had her nose done. It's quite obvious because her nose looks thinner now. And about the lip licking thing, she's trying to be sexy. I saw a clips of her interview with Jimmy Kimble? and seth rogan months ago and it seemed like kimble was coming onto her. Even I was uncomfortable for her, but she loves the attention and wants to be a sex symbol.
