She looks beautiful in the last couple of dresses. Great hair and makeup! Beyond the multiple tatoos and brown hair I never got the Jolie comparison. Her lips are no where near as large as Angelina's, and they have a completely different face shapes.

Love the purple dress.

That's the lame excuse some pretty girls use for not being liked. Perhaps her hypersexual bitchy attitude was the cause? Who knows, but I must say she might not be the brightest bulb, but she realizes her place in the entertainment industry.

That said, she is of course a beautiful girl, but she has had numerous surgeries. Nose, boobs, skin, teeth, etc. Looking at old pics. and on her old show, Hope & Faith, its glaringly obvious.

Skin surgery? Teeth surgery? I really don't think she has veneers.

As for the nose job, it was very, very minor. It didn't make a huge difference for her face like Blake Lively or Ashlee Simpson. That tiny bump wasn't even noticable until you zoomed in and really studied the photo. People act like this dramatically changed her face when really, she would have looked so similar even without it.

I think the biggest factors as to why she looks so different now is because:
- eyebrows went from super thin to full --> changing the shape of your brow is known to really have an effect on your appearance
- weight loss --> she is much thinner now and that has led to her cheekbones and jaw being more prominent
- different makeup --> in older pics, you could still see freckles. now she covers them up all the time, so I'm betting there's some contouring done there
- hair --> she had extensions put in, which makes her hair look fuller, which has a huge effect. That's why Blake Lively and Vanessa Hudgens look so good too. It's a big difference versus flat, stringy hair that just hangs on your head.

Getting back to style, she has been looking so good. Whoever is styling her is doing a good job.

I'll have to respectfully disagree with this. I love Megan, I think she's stunning but it's obvious she has had work done. I think with the nose she had stuff done to the bottom bit too, (above the tip), it looks way thinner than what it used to! Either way, great surgeon and those pics from London are beautiful, love her eye makeup!

Well, finally someone talks about her teeth lol
I noticed long time ago that she changed her teeth. That's the only thing of which i'm sure.
(it was not a necessity though)

She did something to her teeth, looked like she had her two front teeth shaved down or replaced with smaller veneers if she had them before..

But work is work, minor, major... it's a tweak... and thus it's not natural beauty.

I don't really think her teeth should be considered as plastic surgery. Loads of people get their teeth shaved down all the time, sometimes a tooth chips and they want it to look even or in her case as her two front teeth are longer than the rest. I don't blame her for getting her teeth shaved a little, I probably would too.

Not to mention sometimes people also use lip plumping glosses like MAC's plushglass or Dewop lip venom to enhance the appearance of their lips, although it's not a permanent fix.

There are tons of secrets to getting the "plastic surgery" look with actually having any surgery. I think people just jump to conclusions way too much.

I agree After Eight, I don't think her teeth should be considered plastic surgery either. I had two of my teeth bonded and if needed I would get veneers. No big deal.
