Pretty, but she's had work done (clearly the lips, hence the p*rn starish type vibe, and it looks like the nose). She looked like an ordinary LA type girl circa 2003.

She looked the same since 2001 when she played in Holiday in the Sun, so unless you're suggesting she had work done when she was about 15, I really don't see the truth in this statement. Even if she had, she must have had a really good surgeon, because her features don't look fake at all, flawless, maybe, but not fake.

That said, she looks amazing at the Teen Choice Awards!! Her hair and make-up, definitely an upgrade!
