i might be in the minority, but i think this look is kinda Dita von Teese wannabe. Megan caked on too much pale foundation, added fishnets which look like the kinds women from the show Dynasty would wear, ditto for the dress, and the bag is a grandma's dream clutch. She looked great went she went more fresh/natural for some of the transformers events, but this look is a no for me.

Quoted for truth! Absolutely agree, especially the second paragraph which is exactly why I love this outfit as an occassional surprise, and love the fact she has a normal effortless casual style.

I really don't think Dita should be credited as the sole source of inspiration for this look. I mean Megan's stylist is obviously channeling an entire era and just because Dita dresses similarly on a regular basis it doesn't mean she has a monopoly on the 1930s-1940s look. I think the influence of stars of that period will probably always outlast any influence that Dita, or anyone else today, will have. Its like when people credit Katy Perry for "bringing back" some vintage inspired look I cringe (although I like Dita more than Katy Perry).
