most of us that love her here, love her looks even before nose job or lip job, or whatever she had, and because of great personality wich i think is somehow genuine and real, despite being blown out of proportion very often....and i think no one including herself ever said she can act, maybe in future, she's still quite young...
and i'm saying this as a person who can't stand plastic surgery , but somehow i don't mind it on her, the same way i don't think about angelina's surgery, or jennifer aniston's, or nicole kidmans, etc... and they had it more than megan...

Megan has said so many times that she isn't really a good actress, and that she has yet to do something where people can judge her acting and give her merit. I like that she admitted this, but she does want to improve her acting skills. That's why I can't wait to see Passion Play and Jonah Hex, and she did try her best in Jennifer's Body.

As for the surgeries...I don't think it matters. She still looks stunning imo.

i so agree and besides it's up to people to chose who they want to consider role model. it's an individual thing. people can look up to whoever they want and besides are there many celebrities left in hollywood that has not had something done? i tell you if that start selling botox for £5, there won't be many people left in the real world that won't have something done.

What i love about this before/after pictures is that they always retouched the pictures to over exaggerate with photoshop what was her "flaws" (they minimize her boobs, they made her lips thiner to prove that she did something to have them fuller etc.) Yeah she had a nose job and yes she did something to her lips. So what? She wasn't a freak before (she was beautiful) and now she pretty damn gorgeous!

Most people in Hollywood have had plastic surgery, even if just minor. I don't like her only for her looks, her personality is a huge part of it for me. She just seems very fun and laid-back, like my own friends in real life. Sure, she was much more appealing (looks-wise) to me pre-surgery but she's still one of the most stunning people I've ever seen.

i simply pointed out that all this 'megan is the hottest girl on planet' thing is blown out of proportions.... i only saw her in jennifer's body, and since the whole movie sucks, she is no exception.
as for role model, i dont think she can be a role model for you, im talking about girls, young girls who see her on covers of every magazine and those girls want to look like her.
as for her personality, i watched maybe one interview with her, so i didn't mention it. maybe she is sweet girl, but plastic surgeries at her age are just too much for my taste. i mean, what will she do in her 40s or 50s??? become victoria beckham??? a.n.smith (RIP)...
i just dont think sex symbol can be someone who has done so much to her body at such tender age.

she's had some of the best plastic surgery I've ever seen
she was cute before, but nothing special for sure.
now she really is exquisite looking. if I could be guaranteed results like that I might consider going under the knife as well...
however, as odd as this sounds it does still irk me a bit when magazines (both mens and womens) praise her otherworldly good looks, when they have clearly been sculpted by a surgeon's knife. I dunno, it seems like unfair praise haha which I realize is totally irrational. oh well perhaps it's just the jealous talking...
she really did change her entire face though. it wasn't just a subtle tweaking of her nose...I mean if you look at her on hope and faith, confessions of a teenage..., holiday in the sun (and even factoring in the obvious changes a face goes through as it matures) she looks like a completely different human being.

i watched a lot of interviews with her, and in every one she was nice, smart, great timing for humor, some great views on life in general etc...
and jennifer's body, as director diablo cody said herself, is supposed to be that way- she wanted to make a typical 90s teenage slasher movie but with a girl being the strong charecter instead of guy per say...and i'm not saying she had the toughest job playing that role, but so far in that movie the best acting from megan
another 10 years and everyone will like her, and although i dislike angie comparisments because i think they're more different than same, similarity is that people had to get used to her, in her 20s she was also pinned as the 'strange', wild child and other labels, and now everyone in her 30s and late 20s adore her

She's come a long way from the beginning... so has everyone else in the industry though. Back in 2000 even, it wasn't very important to have a stylist or be associated with fashion. Now celebs are doing high fashion campaigns, which wasn't always the norm back then. So now they've got trainers, stylists, make-up artists, etc. on call. I mean, who even wore extensions in their daily life 10 years ago?

Styling (hair, make-up, eyebrow shaping, clothes, veneers) and weight loss changes everything. If you need proof of those, look up old pics of Kate Beckinsale, Kate Winslet, January Jones, Nicole Kidman, Cheryl Cole, Angelina Jolie... they all look completely different without a team of people making them look great. Some of it is just natural aging, some of it is "help".

I think she was beautiful before and after the surgeries. At least she did it in a tasteful way and didnt go overboard. I mean if I had the money I wouldnt mind fixing a few things here and there on myself lol. Shes just starting to come out in movies so lets give her a break...she is trying and she even admit to herself that she isnt the best actress out there.

i couldn't care less about her surgery but one thing that bothers me is that everyone is so quick to jab at her for her acting talent. why don't we give sh** to other actresses who have minimal talent? megan gets the shorter end of the stick every time, it's not really fair...there's plenty of actresses who aren't good yet they don't get half the criticism she does. to be honest, she did a good job in jennifers body and had it been anyone else like malin akermanwhoever they wouldn't have gotten any flack

She is not a bad actress and i watched movies with actresses who were really bad **Who said Kristen Stewart in Twilight?** She was fine in Jennifer's and Transformers is a real bad movie anyway, so I think she was good in what she was casting for the movie. She is young and she got plenty of time to grow as an actress. But unfortunately the hatters will never grow their intelligence...
