I think JC and Ugg are known for giving freebies away to young actresses for promo. Maybe that's why? Megan doesn't strike me as the type to go shopping often. I've rarely seen her shopping in candids (just going out to eat, the gym, etc.) but I see girls like Vanessa Hudgens shopping alllll the time.
