^^ Yup its from Mercedes Benz fashion week a couple years ago (I think 2007).
Someone tinkered around with the colouring because the dress she was wearing was actually red.
However, gorgeous picture. That was when she was at her prettiest imo.

She has the best complexion. That even in ordinary/running errands looks she still stands out. 
it is wonderful to see celebs wearing ´´down´´ for a change...like wearing comfy clothes and not always 24/7 be posh all the time...aka victoria beckham...
and i just think megan gets even more adorable when shes not wearing tons of make up or wearing posh clothes :-)
