could be... her pupils are also dilated. but that could be cuz of contact lenses.

Her nose looks the same to me, it looks like she just lost weight. Dilated pupils have nothing to do with contact lenses, mine are like that all the time and I don't wear contacts.

i think she may have had a nose job, her nose looks a little slimmer and a little more pointed at the tip in the Juno Premier pics compared to the GAP event pics...

I know they do make contacts that make your pupils look more dilated. If you look at the Juno premier pics, her pupils are a lot smaller.

Take a look at this. Looks like she got her bump smoothed out. It looks really natural and she looks gorgeous. She looked beautiful before she had any work done, too.

your pupils can also dilate in different light...one pic is taken in darker lighting and the other in brighter, i dont think its contact related, but perhaps. those pics do kind of make it look like she had a nose job, although she really didnt need one at all...

I'm sure Megan had a nose job, oops-- I mean, had a slight bump on her noise removed because it was causing breathing problems. Yeah, so typical in Hollywood. Most of your starlets have had something done, little or not. Shes beautiful regardless
