i don't get how different she looks now than when she did a few years ago! it hardly even seems like the same person. i guess it is just a combinaton of the darker hair and bigger lips.

It's primarily different makeup, bigger lips, darker hair and personally I think her brows are much better and quite different now. Changing up your eyebrows can really make a huge difference on someones face. Her features are framed differently now b/c of the brows and the bigger lips

Megan is someone who can look absolutely beautiful if she looses the makeup and go natural. I don't get why she always overdoes the makeup and the tan.

The size difference in her lips look a little more than just cosmetic but it was tastefully done, and she is beautiful regardless

Lip injections obviously but she's also had a nose job. She was always pretty. People speculate she's had other things done. Probably has.
