^Prior to your comments I didn't even notice. I think it's the scarf draped down on the right side (her left) thats giving off that effect.

Overall, she looks OK at Nickelodeon's Kids Choice Awards. Generally, the younger celebs tend to wear jeans and a t-shirt at that award show.

Actually we were at a restaurant/coffee stop and there was a photo of her on the cover of a magazine,i honestly couldnt stop and take my eyes off her.
