I don't think anyone's style thread really sticks to just style anymore. And as long as she keeps getting her lips done and it's very noticeable, I think people will always slip that in there.

(So he gets his revenge for her remark comparing him to "Hitler".) So did Megan deserve to get fired? I say yes. No actor/actress can expect to go around dissing a director and expect to work together as if nothing happened. Much less the egotistical Bay. But in Fox, he had met his match. Why, as recently as this week Megan was quoted as dissing Bay yet again. In recent months she has shown off a more natural skin hue instead of her usual orange color -- and blamed the Transformers helmer for her unhealthy tanning binge. "I had been tanning a lot so that Michael would be happy with my skin tone. Every spare moment of sun that was outside, I had to be in it," the 24-year-old actress lamented in Allure magazine. "It's not going to happen again because of the damage and the possible skin cancer."

This is without doubt a huge blow to Megan's career, already damaged by her inability to open Twentieth's Fox Atomic film Jennifer's Body last September. The R-rated feminist horror flick did a pathetic $6.8M weekend for a script by Juno's Diablo Cody for a domestic total of only $16.2M and a worldwide take of just $31.5M. And talk about bad timing: right now she's doing publicity for her role in Jonah Hex to be released June 18th. Guess what everyone will ask her?

True. But it kind of reminds me of when someone dyes their hair a completely different color. You're going to comment on the color right? Because it's different. So if Megan has small lips one week, then has lips like Rosario Dawson the next, I'm not sure what some are expecting people to do with that information but to talk about it. .

Also, in response to a few people saying Megan keeps have "her lips done"... I don't understand why if someone is naturally gorgeous and becomes even better looking with age that it automatically means they're having work.
Megan hasn't had anything done and it makes no sense comparing photos of celebrities when they were 15 to when they're 25. If that were the case, I've had a lot of work

Well...maybe. Megan had to known her remarks toward Michael Bay would haunt her. Hollywood is filled with egos. Personally, I think Megan had enough with the movie... I mean, I like looking at Megan just like the next person. But I'll say this delicately, she's not bigger than the Transformers franchise. But this will be interesting...

And being the egomaniac that he is, he probably told her that he could have her replaced with the next best thing and and turn her into a star like "he did" for Megan. I know that seems far fetched, but this is Michael Bay we're talking about here. I can totally see that scenario.

Alas, it's true. The comely actress will not be appearing in the third installment of the popular franchise, sources confirm to "Extra."

The reason reportedly stems from a change in the storyline (Shia LaBeouf's Sam gets a new love interest, EW.com says) -- and not some sort of grudge "Transfomers" director Michael Bay might have against Fox for dissing him in the press when she was promoting "Transformers 2."

The actress' reps tell People.com, "Megan Fox will not be starring in 'Transformers 3.' It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best."

The film will begin production this summer and is slated for a July 2011 release.

Meh, it's not a huge loss or devastating to her career. Transformers has already established Megan Fox. The public knows her name and her face. Transformers is not some elite, prestigious film with a critically acclaimed director that will get you award nominations (besides Razzies). The reason you take a role in Transformers is a paycheck and to get your big start in Hollywood.

If Megan were still an unknown on Hope and Faith, this would be bad. But casting directors already know her, the public is aware of her, she's got films lined up, she will be fine. And it's not like she's losing a million dollar paycheck (Shia only got $500k and he was more established than Megan).

Also, it's not as easy to "make a star" as one would think (if Michael Bay claims he can make anyone famous). They tried to make Isabel Lucas happen in Transformers 2 and she hasn't really gone anywhere (she had The Pacific before T2).

Well if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck......
Usually lips get bigger when you are pregnant, b/c everything is swelling up, etc etc. But you know, it's not the end of the world if she did. She looks great and has morphed into what she wants to look like. People will talk it is human nature.

I think that her getting called off the movie was a way of getting back for the comments. But if she is determined to push through she will do well. I don't think she will just roll over and say, pitty poo me.

Young people mess up and either recover or they don't. She looks great.B)

I'm SO SAD she's walked out of Transformers 3 because I'm actually a big fan of the film and loved her and Shia's chemistry together But it makes it better that it was her choice and that she wasn't dropped.

^ She didn't walk away. She was "fired", as in Paramount decided not to pick up her option for some reason. The studio spokeswoman didn't elaborate on why they decided to drop her. But it has been said that Paramount and Bay wanted to take the story in a different direction. Which is weird because she was just doing pre-production, now all of a sudden they wanted something different? It has now been confirmed by two trusted industry sources, one being Variety. I think her statement to People was a bit of damage control. I still say she and Bay had a falling out. He probably took it to studio heads that Megan was a "problem" and pitched them a different direction for the film. And they took to the idea. I do like how she remained classy and wished the franchise the best.
