The second ones look kind of staged because the picture quality is very nice... but her people haven't even officially confirmed the marriage, so it doesn't seem like they're really trying to publicize it.

Megan's career isn't going as well as everyone had hoped. I think the marriage (not the whole thing but the timing) and these pics are to show her more serious and woman friendly side.
Just my two cents on it.

Def. not staged.....yes, when they were sitting there they probably did notice the paparazzi, who wouldn't but probably just thought why stop whatever they were doing because of them, and those in sand are def. candid..totally were never that kind of couple, to stage stuff, i mean
