So, I think it is about to protect from sun and trying to stay nameless, so paparazzis would not notice her!

despite her having zero street style - i really love this woman - she is so beautiful and i think the fact that she doesnt carer what she wears day to day is actually quite refreshing - there are so many 'clebrities' who think every day is a catwalk - and to be honest they are all starting to look the same! and its BORING! megan shines at premieres and i think her staying out of the "street catwalk" gives her more appeal - and actually makes her more human!
