I personaly think that she was not happy with her normal/pretty look, and she wanted to look like a hot sex bomb, not because other people, but because herself. I don't think that she has problem with other people cause nobody said to her that she was ugly(before the surgery) like it's the case with Heidi Montag when people were telling her that she looks like a horse etc.

I LOVED that purple dress on her.

White dress - Megan wins.
Bikini - Megan, b/c she has nicer jugs. And personally I dislike patterns on swim wear.
Pink dress - Rosie wins, mainly cause I prefer that length on a dress.
Don't like the dotted dress or the animal print.
Green jacket and shoes on Megan totally rock. Rosie looks like trapped in a jumpsuit.
Rosie wins with the sequined dress.
Megan wins with the black one.
Purple dress wins cause there is no competition. That other thing on Rosie - I feel sorry for whoever made it.
Not a fan of either of the dresses in last pic, but Megan's is a bit more effortless and sleek.

Megan wins. 6 out of 9. Not just because it's Megan Fox thread and I adore her to death.

bikini - Megan have gorgeous-hottest body ever!
pink dress - i believe it was in Moscow? it was one of the best Megan looks, i mean it. I was really in love and now too
leopard prints - both are lame for me, but on Megan her dress fits her forms best
pants ansamble? here i prefer Rosie, more sophisticated
black dress - Rosie! young and feminine
another long black dress - totally Megan, very chic
purple dress - for sure Megan
and last one - i loved this Megan's look also

so 7 out of 9 in favor of Megan. This spampics made me so miss her very beautiful looks on red carpets
