THE 10 ESSENTIALS
Melanie Ward, stylist and designer
1. Love…
Faith, freedom, learning, laughter, sunshine and orchids.
2. Vitamix blender
Good organic produce and green juice.
3. Dr Alkaitis, RMS Beauty products and aromatherapy oils
Totally holistic, the real deal.
4. Azzedine Alaïa
To make me feel good in my skin!
5. Classic Chanel shearling-lined moto boots
From a few seasons ago, timeless and authentic.
6. Hermès bags
A forever burgeoning collection. They are just so well made.
I love quality craftsmanship.
7. Hermès leather «clochette» key holders
Around my neck everyday for dogwalking.
8. Véronique Leroy knitwear
Love the allure.
9. Eres bras
Still on my essentials list even though they
discontinued my favourite style.
10. Boyfriends pants, shirts, sweaters and blazers
Because men’s clothes are just so effortless and more of a play
on proportions and attitude than fashion trends per se.
