Mens jeans with pockets on the outside?

Does anyone know where I could find men's jeans that have the front pockets stitched on the outside of the jeans? I have checked Diesel and Abercrombie with no luck!

Helmut Lang used to do these. I have a pair of the raw denim with black pockets on outside, there's also some patchwork along the thighs that is also black and there are 2 black flaps on the back. Never seen this kind of style done anywhere else.
