that's funny. I used to be the same way.

Now my legs are HAIRY....not too bad though.

but I plan on getting back into bike riding/cycling so I might go back to hairless.

What do you guys/girls think about colour, I definitely won’t be getting black (too hot) but white always seems to make it harder what tops to wear with the shorts. What colour shorts do like? (sounds like a stupid question, maybe it is, but some feedback would be great nonetheless!)

Id do camel or some other neutral. I just picked up these Banana shorts with a very faded, pale blue pinstripe on a salt colored fabric, very neutral but still very interesting...I can't stop wearing them, they're just SO VERSATILE, they go with absolutely everything and the best thing is they're unexpected.

Mani and pedi once a week for me in the summer. LOL!!


I really wanted some white shorts that were longer, and was not able to find them. So I want with the normal khaki color. Easier to match up with tops.

I think I'm still going to try to pull it off with the khaki shorts I got. I just need to get the blazer now.

i don't understand what all this fuss is about shorts. when you're in a city like hong kong for the summer, i can't see how one cannot where shorts! but meh, to each their own i s'pose.

i love when designers rock the short shorts on the runway, especially back in the day with Louis Vuitton S/S' 2004. when marc jacobs sent all those models rockin' the short shorts to don henley's 'boys of the summer'. it was real fresh; but seriously, i don't think i've ever seen a guy pull that look off properly in live-action.

anyway, when i wear shorts it's strictly streetwear. nothing feels better than a pair of quality cargo shorts paired wit dunk sb's, bapestas or any oldschool sneaker. for me that's a staple; but i guess it's also a staple for most other guys :-/

I have a closet full of shorts and I love wearing them in the heat. My legs are rather 'full' so I can pull off those short shorts almost as well as the knee length ones.
Something by Victor & Rolf or Kris van Assche or Paul Smith maybe, but only as long as it's a one color affair. I'm not into printed shorts at all.

I go through phases.

Sometimes I just let everything go, and sometimes I'm a bit obsessive.

Shorts, hm.... only in China and then it's only because the temperatures of 40°C+ practically FORCE me to do so (besides, the streets are so dirty that wearing my obligatory bootcut jeans would get so covered with shmutz that I'd have to wash them jeans on a daily basis, and we all know what that means!... bleached out jeans *EW*)

Besides, my legs aren't made for shorts. I got calves some guys would work on for months, but to me they are just plain HUGE!

Anywhoo, I've seen a guy walking around downtown Vienna a few weeks ago, and he wore the most horrifying combo: White shirt, sleeves pulled up and a pair of bright fuchsia pink shorts, but really short ones, like the length of normal boxers. All topped of with greasy hair, loafers and a (fake) Vuitton belt. I got such hate for such pants on people over 16. For goodnesses sake, I wore such shorts when I was 4!!! That's one of the Vuitton looks I never understood.
