I'm really surprised this show was never discussed, since it premiered in many countries. I personally love this show very much

Merlin is about a young boy with magical powers who lives with his uncle Gaius in Camelot. However, he discovers that King Uther Pendragon has banned magic and will execute anyone who has this power or an association with it. Merlin must keep his secrets from the great king while fulfilling his destiny involving King Arthur. Meanwhile he also meets Guinevere, the queen-to-be and the great Morgan le fay.

The show also has great cinematography and acting so I recommend it​

No problem hehe Me too but i dislike her in the 3rd series.

Seems like everyone here likes Arthur and Merlin and so do I. Who wouldn't? Their dynamic is funny yet dramatic. I have to agree that they do sometimes take a step back though.

^ i don't like Arthur and Merlin , do you remember when Uther ordered Athur to go to the druids camp and kill every man , woman and child ? and Arthur did it !! since that episode i'm team Morgana 100% . Uther is evil ,Arthur is his allie and Merlin helps him , so the only good character in the serie is Morgana , she does right trying to depose Uther.

i have some favourire episodes , for example The gates of Avalon and The lady of the lake ,among others

I think its so sad that all of Merlins potential love interests pretty much get killed off or are written out of the script, the poor guy just doesn't get a break.

No, there are some definite similarities, mostly the jawline IMO.

Btw, we will see the guess star in this episode , Holliday Grainger , as one of the main characters in the upcoming serie The Borgias , made by the same producers of The Tudors.

^She's quite pretty, and did a fantastic job in that role. When watching that episode I thought I recognized her from somewhere, but I'm not sure exactly where.

I remember her from Sparkhouse, where she played Richard Armitage's step-daughter, and then in one episode of Robin Hood, where she played Richard Armitage's love interest. Given Hollywood's ageism, in ten years' time, she'll be probably be playing his mother.
