It always annoyed me when people accused him of having a lot of surgery and that he even went under a procedure to change the color of his skin...

A procedure like that doesn't even exist!

I always loved the fact that he was so kind to his fans and never minded having to sign an autograph when he was out and about.

In that documentary I mentioned previously, he even allowed a fan to get into his car, to hug him, which I thought was really sweet

^^I know!!:crush: the thing about the bashir documentary is that even though that scum tried so hard to portray him like a monster, Michael's heartwarming presence always shined through..

His face kept changing because one, he grew older, and two, plastics are artificial and it could be entirely possible that they move around after awhile!
Exactly. I couldn't agree more. :flower:

^the infamous Bashir documentary?:angry:Bashir needs to burn in hell.

btw there was a rebuttal film made against that, called Living with Michael Jackson Take 2 or something, apparently after Michael felt betrayed by Bashir.

It was called Living with Michael Jackson Take Two: The Footage You Were Never Meant to See. It's on youtube. I saw it recently.

Back on his look, apart from old school time, did Michael only cut his hair about twice in the later years, once around 1995, and the other around 2001?

Yes, I believe so.

I know, people should've long ago laid off the talk about his plastic surgery and embraced it with love, I mean the guy has admitted doing two surgeries on the nose and that was it.

I couldn't believe the extent people had gone to accusing him of doing multiple surgeries, and how he'd "assemble his human parts" before going out.

Lol.. But seriously though, he admitted in the Moonwalk he'd had cleft in his chin. As for nose jobs, God knows I love the guy and shed a tear every day since his passing, but he wasn't completely forthcoming with this one (and I'm not guilting him for it. Interviewers always had to ask him that. Why?! Just leave it alone.) I heard his mother say he'd had 3 or 4 and am inclined to believe it was 4.

yep thats the one, I saw that too on youtube.

I heard his mother say he'd had 3 or 4

really did she say that? cuz Michael told Bashir he only had 2 on the nose, one was because of the fire accident, and I assumed the other was done earlier to make his evil father happy?

You guys that live in USA, is it hard to get a hold of any of those contribution magazines (like Time and Maclean's) about MJ? I have a friend who's visiting LA at the moment, and I was gonna ask her to get them for me. :)

Sony sings for Michael Jackson

Studio close to film deal on King of Pop

By MICHAEL FLEMING

Sony Pictures is close to a deal to make a feature film on Michael Jackson drawing on the 80 hours of rehearsal footage filmed for concerts Jackson was preparing to perform in London. The studio is expected to pay north of $50 million for worldwide rights to AEG Entertainment, which owns the footage and showed it to studios last week.
The film will feature at least three videos, including an alternative version of Jackson's "Thriller," which were shot to be interstitial programming during the London concerts. The footage was meant to play in 3-D, but it's unclear as yet whether the feature film will present it that way.
"High School Musical" director Kenny Ortega, who shot the rehearsal footage, is expected to direct the feature, and sources said he's already beginning to put together the footage so Sony can release the film before year's end. Ortega has the time, as he won't begin directing the Paramount remake of "Footloose" until next March, when star Chace Crawford is on hiatus from "Gossip Girl."
Several studios were impressed when shown the footage by AEG last week. Fox, Universal, Paramount and Relativity likely would have met AEG's asking price but knew that Sony Pictures had clear first position because sibling company Sony Music Entertainment owns music publishing rights to Jackson's songs.
The posthumous outpouring of admiration for Jackson has been remarkable, but the true circumstances of his death have yet to be revealed in toxicology reports, making the investment a potentially risky venture; there's no way to gauge how the film is likely to perform in theaters, and AEG's asking price is high.
AEG is also selling TV and video rights to the Aug. 29 tribute concert scheduled in London on Jackson's birthday. Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson and others will perform the song list that Jackson planned, accompanied by the band that rehearsed with the late singer.
