Oh and for the record I don't believe he molested those kids at all, the whole case is a bunch of heartless bastards trying to exploit him for his money.

But like the other person said, just because he's a legend doesn't mean he's above the law. I'd rather feel sorry for people with real problems like kids that have no food to eat, people living with aids, the Genocide in Sudan that over 300,000 people were killed, the Tsunami victims. I can't believe he compared himself to Nelson Mandela, that's so disturbing. Nelson Mandela, helped millions of people and sacrificed his freedom for others, while Michael Jackson has sacrificed nothing for anyone but himself.

well OK my legend comment seemed to rub people the wrong way...i didn't mean to say that in correlation to his current situation, i was just taking some time out to express my admiration for his contributions to music and pop culture.

But my stance on the issue is, I genuinely think he just wants to be friends with these kids, and in American society there seems to be something inherently wrong with a 40 year old man befriending 10 year olds, like seeing that seems to trigger a signal saying he's a pedophile using the kids for his own sick fantasies. Then again I've read about Michael's life and how he's always been like this even growing up with the Jackson 5 a kid would send him a letter asking to be friends and he'd jump at the opportunity. Michael never really left his childhood...he was exposed to a harsh, cruel world of lies and deceit from the get go, and it seriously messed up his mentality because he was never ready for it. It seems as if making friends with children is the last place Michael can still find the innocence he never had...and it seems these parents are taking advantage of this.

I still think people joking about a man who has a serious condition with his mental state is cruel and it sickens me...i stand by my take on this issue regardless of what anyone says.

Although he is a bit "strange" I still think that he is not guilty. Nearly 99% or pedophiles are repeat offenders and often have many victims. How come no others have accused him except some kooky kids whose parents are adamant about getting money from celebrities?



This kid’s mother also contacted Jay Leno and lied to him in order to get him to donate money. You think she wants something?

And what I hate most is that people call him a freak because he's different and then say that he's guilty because he's a freak. WIth that reasoning we should always find any person who is "different" guilty of anything they've been accused of, including homosexuals, people with disabilities, people with natural red hair, people who are into Star Trek.... the list goes on.

My point is that him being different has nothing to do with the fact that he is guilty or not.

This case seems a bit sketchy to me on different levels.

Michael Jackson is a very strange individual. We can all agree on the fact piece of fact.

He's a bit off- a bit weird- a bit..... different.
His persecption of reality is quiet blurry. and unrealistic and def. not the norm.

However - I don't think his essentric personality and behavior warrants him as a child molester.

I hope the members of the jury base their verdict on crystal clear proof and evidence of him absusing the child and not of his wack-o-ness.
I mean just because he has personal issues does not mean he is capable of abusing children.

Would you think Marilyn Manson to be a seriel killer because of his image.

The boys family have a history of trying to extort money from famous people and corporations. Who is to say they are not trying the same with wacko jacko.

Look if he really did those things he should be punished- but only if he REALLY did these things. He shoundnot be assumed guilty because of his weirdness.

Some people may think us weird that we are so fashion conscience,
and that we need to have the latest do dads/ that doesnot mean we are all vain and superficial- some of us just happen to like nice things.

there is physical proof...the handprints of MJ and the boy were on p*rno magazines ...

When this first came out like in 1998 or whatever, I was like- 'no this cant be', I didnt buy it.
But then the second time and all the other times after that there is something that just crept me out. What the f*ck is wrong with the parents though?!
why would you lend Jackson your kid!
Its so sad that when this first happened no one helped him, instead they went to court. Its obvious that the man has got serious issues, and the worst part is that his parents and family are in total denial. All they do is defend him when they should be getting him help and finding the root of the problem.

I am not sure, but its not only 2 boys that have said that they have been victims, that is what I am referring to.. # of accusers.

Formal charges have only been filed once. He was also accused by a former maid but settled out of court. The previous accuser did not file charges but also settled out of court.

Im sure we're all appalled by the stories in the trial.
but really the parents are to blame for not minding their kids.
In certain ways the parents are like pimps for underage hookers, their children.
there is a level of extortion or blackmail in these cases that may exonerate MJax.
still its so disgusting to hear these anecdotes daily I can hardly read about it & never watch it on TV.
