Michael Kors Collection S/S 2023 New York

Really pretty.

Does anyone know how the RTW / mainline sells? It's unfortunate this is so NICE and I feel like there's been too much damage with brand dilution to actually sell it.
I don’t think Capri break down the numbers between Mainline and diffusion but I strongly believe that this appeal to a very small group of followers who are loyal and wears those clothes on a daily basis. The brand is so big at the same time…It’s very mass.

I’ve never met somebody who buys MK Collection outside of the US. I’ve sometimes tried to buy it after a good collection but his stuff is very plain…On the verge of basic, despite the glamourous image and the quality of cut and fabrics. The styling of his shows somehow always elevates the core nature of his clothes.

When it comes to buying basics de luxe, I think it’s just a matter of brand appeal. But this collection is good nevertheless.

The MK Collection and the clothes are not sold in boutiques in Europe for sure, there are only those airports shops, for bags.

I remember at the time that his Faubourg Saint Honoré store had a very small selection of pieces and I think he has a store in London too that has a very small selection of stuff.
But what is mostly available is the Kors collection anyway.

But I guess having a small selection is enough to accommodate some kind of international clientele or die hard fans (it must exist).

The annoying thing is Micas hair, why couldn't they have it slicked back like all the others to give her a different look for once.

My absolute NYFW fave, and what's even more reassuring is that the vast majority of people in this thread share the same sentiments!

There's not a single look I dislike and I just love how Michael Kors never sways from his signature aesthetic. You know what you're getting with a Kors collection and I'm never disappointed. This season is no exception, just pure quintessential classic American design. It's streamlined, chic, polished, sophisticated... and I adore the Halston vibes I'm getting from the looks with the belt detailing.

I think i just started my account again just to say thank you, finally someone is saying it!! I would love to see her a bit diff.

Great collection yeah... But I guess what we All feel here is a sense of what fashion used to be, great models, good lightning, timeless pieces. Its a clear nod to the seventies silhouette which was a fantastic moment to relive these days❤️
