Michael Kors S/S 11 New York

I really like a lot of this. I don't love it, but I could see myself liking it more when it hits the rails. These past couple of seasons he has really stepped up his design and execution and I have loved a lot of what he has produced. I find when I see it in person, his pieces always end up being the exact thing I was looking for - I just don't love the prices. But overall, I like the colors and I find it a refreshing collection.

^I agree. I've never really cared for his stuff. But this is quite nice actually ^_^. I've never seen his clothe in real life so I can't comment on that. But from what I can see here, there seem to be a lot of really lovely basic pieces that I didn't mind owning. (if it wasn't out of my price range ) I especially like the color palette :flower:

This is an okay show. I don't really like the colors and the safari thing going on here. but there's pieces that look amazing!

there are really great pieces in this collection, as always! love most of it.

Judging from that gorge mood board, it looks like the girl for spring/summer 2011 is vacationing in so many stunning serene places and has to attend plenty of garden parties. I'm loving everything.

Michael disappointed me again! The only pieces i liked were the swimsuits and thats not a good thing!

Ever since Resort 2011, he has gone in this frumpy-ish direction and i don't like it. Where has the effortless sexy style gone???

His strongest collections IMO are Fall/Winter 2007, Fall/Winter 2009.10 and S/S 2010.

He needs to go back to that.....this really unflattering style is not a good look!

Terrible!
Celine too much, minimalish too much, clothes rather unflattering on everyone, shoes were absolutely terrible...another miss from NY fashion week
Are you referring to Kors's past work with Celine or the current house under Philo? If it is the later, I don't see it at all.

I don't know, Kors isn't for me, but I always appreciate that he knows his audience and does right by them. And I always like the slouchy heathered gray sweater look with the dressy pants.
