I just had to post these as Diane posted about this. Michelle left Australia and has set up her atelier in Paris and is now selling her new collection of jewellery and accessories at Colette and Dover Street. Last month when i saw her on carousing the streets of Paris with Diane,i was so happy to see her back....always enjoyed her work.

you know,it's exactly how i recall michelle's work those years ago when she was designing clothes.....immensely romantic and a dynamical contrast of different textures and embellishments....

but not only women,i actually want to wear one of these myself!

I know i would, and im a happily straight man.
(although they'd probably excommunicate me from my church if i did)

Im no stylist (but i could be a very good one if i tried) but i could see a man wearing one of those with a really well cut tuxedo pants and a very well tailored white shirt to an elegant evening event.............

she was doing pretty well with press for a long time(perhaps the most of any Aussie designer ever)and suddenly i never heard nor seen anything. like i said,it was a great surprise to see that she's in paris now. it's actually been really quick,how her work has been snapped up by so many important shops,as she told me a couple months ago,that she had just arrived in paris just before fashion week!

i wish i had the extra money for that white one. but instead i needed shoes so i'm getting a pair of Bernhard W. trainers from SevenNY.
