Being charged for DUI is not a light matter and it shouldn't be taken as such. Innocent bystanders get killed or maimed every day by idiots who drink and drive, so I don't believe anyone who is charged with DUI deserves "a break". If anything the penalties should be stricter. And what really makes me crazy is how she went on and on about how "cool" prison had been. To me she came across as clueless and shallow.

I agree that she should have gotten a harder sentence. I love her, but that's a serious thing. It's not like she made a one time mistake, she did it at least twice... or was it more?

She probably just said jail was "fun" to hold up her tough girl image. She must have been pretty nervous that first day.
