I did some searching around. On first glance, both of their coats reminded me of Emma Stone's tweed/leather Maje coat. Mila's friends coat is, in fact Maje. See here. The hunt is still on for Mila's! But to me, it reminds me of JLaw's Burberry leather/wool coat and it could be from the same collection. I just don't know WHICH collection it is!
